CF RD and SW Awards

CF RD and SW Achievement Award:

Dietitian and Social Worker who has devoted most or all of his/her career to improving the lives of individuals with CF and their families.  She/he has also contributed their knowledge and experience to the CF Dietitian and Social Work community through various means including mentoring, publishing, and speaking.

Nominations are accepted each year, and previous achievement awardees vote for a nominee. The nominee with the most votes receives the award

RD and SW Shining Star Award:

Dietitian and Social Worker who has at least 5 years of CF experience, and has gone above and beyond expected to help support individuals with CF, their families, and the general CF dietitian and Social Work community.  She/he demonstrates leadership within the CF community, and has been involved to some degree with the CF RD and SW consortium, either through attendance, planning, and/or speaking.

Nominations are accepted each year, and previous achievement awardees and shining star awardees will vote for a nominee.  The nominee with the most votes receives the award.
